Sponsorships provide direct support for Council programming and are designed to maximize visibility for the companies that provide this support. We offer a variety of individual sponsorship opportunities throughout the year and a yearlong, value-added package as well through our Tech Ecosystem Partners.
Tech Ecosystem Partners (TEP)
The Council has a Tech Ecosystem Partnership program that is designed to provide major sponsors a comprehensive, higher value package with greater visibility opportunities. Based on the sponsorship level, we will work with you to craft a package that aligns with your interest across all of our sponsorship opportunities.
Special Visibility Package – Principal, sustaining, and supporting sponsors will receive ongoing promotion throughout the year. This includes visibility all e-newsletters, recognition on the NHHTC.org home page in order of level of sponsorship, and invitations to closed VIP events.
NHHTC Annual Membership – As a TEP sponsor, your organization will receive complimentary membership to the NHHTC. After all, membership is where it all starts.
Premium Event Sponsorship and Event Seating – Put your business in the spotlight! As a TEP Sponsor, you’ll be given early access to specific event sponsorship packages so you can make the most impact at NHHTC events. Additionally, if your organization decides to attend your sponsored events, we’ll extend premium seating for your table/party.
Single Solicitation and Commitment – NHHTC leadership will solicit your organization’s TEP Sponsorship annually and will follow up to report on your event and program scholarships. This enables your organization to have a single NHHTC point of contact who is knowledgeable of your sponsorship preferences and particulars.
Participants are also given their choice of flexible invoicing model – annual in advance, or semi-annual.

Event & Additional Sponsorships
The NH High Tech Council has many high-visibility sponsorship opportunities. Sponsoring our events gives your organization the opportunity to gain greater exposure with key business leaders and decision makers.
Entrepreneur of the Year Award – Packages include ongoing visibility with our signature annual event, which recognizes one or more individuals who make significant contributions to the advancement of technology in NH. Levels include Platinum ($5,000), Gold ($3,500), Silver ($2,500), and Friends ($1,000).
Product of the Year Award – This annual event has become very popular because of its fast-paced and engaging format. Finalists present innovative technology products to the audience, which helps select the winner at the end of the event. Levels include Platinum ($5,000), Gold ($3,500), Silver ($2,500), and Friends ($1,000).
TechOut – Launched in 2012, TechOut seeks to identify, nurture and financially invest in promising tech startups. Candidates can apply or be nominated, then we narrow the field to finalists, and hold speed presentations and demonstrations at a great networking event where the top three winners are announced. Levels include Champion ($10,000), Startup Leaders ($5,000), Supporters ($2,500), and Promotional ($1,250).
Entrepreneur Forum – These events provide businesses with a unique opportunity to get advice from experts on business planning, organization, marketing, product development, and funding. At the three annual forums, companies present to an audience and panel, which features a lively give and take. An Exclusive Series sponsorship that includes lead visibility and speaking opportunities is $3,000 a year. Single event sponsorships are $750 and the annual series sponsorship is $1,500.
TechWomen Annual Luncheon – This one-of-a-kind event focuses on recognizing three distinguished New Hampshire women in the categories of TechWomen, TechEducator and TechGirl of the Year. The event attracts upwards of 200 people and includes a provocative keynote speaker and networking opportunities. There are three sponsorship levels: Terabyte at $5,000, Gigabyte at $2,500, and Megabyte at $1,250.
TechWomen Power Breakfasts – These monthly breakfast meetings feature a speaker with a powerful story to tell, Q&A and networking opportunities. With attendance near 100 and a low cost of entry, this event series has become very popular since its inception in 2015. There are four opportunities for series sponsors at $2,500 a year and an individual breakfast sponsorship is $500.
E-Blasts, e-Newsletter and Tech News – The Council reaches thousands of people on a regular basis through its comprehensive online e-blast highlighting technology-related news, events and opportunities. We also produce a bi-monthly e-newsletter that reaches an influential audience of more than 3,000 and includes advertising opportunities. Please contact us to learn more about these opportunities.
